This is now an optional install in Killap's Fallout 2 Restoration Project and is also in the MIB88 Megamod. Killap's Fallout 2 Restoration Project on the other hand mainly reconstructs stuff that has been scrapped due to budget/time restrictions. (NOTE: Myron only has Combat Armor and Power Armor and uses his default, unarmored sprite for If you like the latter flavor or are just bored of playing through the game for the hundredth time, you can try your luck with the MIB88 MegaMod, although I won't cover that path.
